Port Kitchens is a co-working commercial kitchen community located near Lake Merritt atop the Kaiser Center Mall. Our commissary kitchen facility is equipped with well maintained, professional grade, food preparation equipment. We are a resource for food businesses of all scales, from first time business owners to seasoned vets. The Port Kitchens management team has decades of experience in all facets of the food and beverage industry, culinary education, and consulting. Our mission is to curate a community where chefs and food professionals can work together to build their businesses.

We have members that range from start-up artisan packaged food product companies, to well-established, high-volume caterers. Sharing the Kaiser Center Mall with us are Port Workspaces and The Overlook, giving our members access to co-working office space and a beautiful event venue.
