Port Kitchens

THE OVERLOOK at The Port Workspaces is a unique venue located above beautiful Lake Merritt in the heart of Downtown Oakland's thriving business district. Our venue has both interior and exterior spaces featuring a mixture of vintage and modern decor which make it an attractive, multi-purpose space. The Garden Room, the venue's premiere indoor space, has expansive floor to ceiling windows looking onto the historic Kaiser Center Rooftop Garden. The Terrace is an urban oasis nestled in the Skyline of Downtown Oakland and provides sweeping views of Lake Merritt from our Tiki Bar Lounge Area.THE OVERLOOK also happens to have Port Kitchens nestled at its center.

Many of our members are preferred food and beverage caters at THE OVERLOOK. A wide variety of events from weddings and birthday parties, to corporate holiday parties and product launches, for groups from 50 to 750 happen each week. The venues are available for our members to rent at a discount rate.
